Commission is earned as a percentage of sales, and the percentage rises with rank. Rank depends on meeting personal and team sales targets each month — it isn't automatic just because you joined.

Personal sales vs. team sales
Personal sales are stock purchases you make yourself in a given month. Team sales are purchases made by the people who joined under you. Higher ranks require more of both. Buying a starter kit does not by itself guarantee a rank upgrade.

In the company's published plan, personal sales refer to stock purchases you make yourself. Team sales refer to stock purchases by direct and indirect members below you, within the levels stated by the plan. These are monthly conditions for the listed ranks. They should be read alongside the full company terms, rather than as an estimate of customer demand or take-home income.
Additional monthly tiers shown by the company
The official plan also lists conditional additional monthly amounts at higher team-purchase thresholds. The published amounts are R4,000 at R80,000+ team sales, R6,000 at R130,000+ and R10,000 at R180,000+. These figures depend on qualifying activity and current company rules; they are not a guaranteed salary for joining.
