Costs beyond the kit
The starter kit is a once-off joining cost. Shipping is separate, and if you want to grow your rank you'll need to meet ongoing personal and team sales requirements — see the Compensation Plan.
Is a starter kit refundable?
Once sold, stock generally can't be returned unless damaged. If ordered stock is unavailable you'll be offered the chance to amend the order, request a refund before dispatch, or wait for new stock. EFT payments are only processed once they reflect.
