JoinLass is an independent Lass Skincare reseller website run by JoinLass ("we", "us"). This page explains what happens to information you share with us.

What we collect

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or the contact form, we receive whatever you send us (e.g. your name, contact details and message) so we can respond. We don't run an online checkout, so we don't collect payment card details on this site.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange orders or delivery, and provide basic customer support. We don't sell your information to third parties.

Sharing with Lass Skincare

If you choose to register as a reseller through our referral link, your registration details are submitted directly to Lass Skincare's official platform, not to JoinLass. See Lass Skincare's own terms on lassskincare.co.za for how they handle that data.
